The Chief of Convention Sales and Services Officer has an overall responsibility to lead and manage the convention sales and services efforts to promote and sell the destination to conventions, tradeshows, meetings, and events in Sacramento. The position manages, mentors, and further develops the sales/services team members and drives and supports the team to achieve and exceed Visit Sacramento’s goals and objectives.
This position is a key member of the leadership team, and the ideal candidate will be creative, energetic, and a knowledgeable professional who will be fundamental to the ongoing success of the conventions sales and services department aligned with the entire organization’s goals and objectives.
