Visit Fort Worth is the official destination marketing organization for Fort Worth and is dedicated to promoting Fort Worth as a world-class business and leisure destination with thriving centers of creativity and commerce. Visit Fort Worth is the parent organization for the Fort Worth Herd, the Fort Worth Film Commission, the Fort Worth Sports Commission, and the music initiative Hear Fort Worth. Visit Fort Worth’s mission is to build a better Fort Worth together through tourism. In the past decade, visitors, hospitality jobs, and economic impact have all doubled. Visit Fort Worth works directly with strategic partners, including the City of Fort Worth, Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership, multiple Chambers of Commerce, Neighborhood Redevelopment Organizations, DFW International Airport, hotels, attractions, and more.
The President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the chief executive and strategic leader of Visit Fort Worth, responsible for advancing the organization’s mission to promote Fort Worth as a premier destination for tourism, conventions, and economic development.
The CEO provides visionary leadership, ensures financial and operational integrity, cultivates strong relationships with public and private stakeholders, and represents the organization at the local, state, and national levels. This position requires a balance of strategic planning, community engagement, organizational leadership, and fiscal stewardship in a highly visible public-facing role.
