VelareLX is seeking an outgoing, personable, driven professional to serve as the new General Manager.
VelareLX is a curated home representation and guest experience firm serving a select portfolio of Boulder’s finest private homes and a discreet, high-value clientele during peak demand periods, including the Sundance Film Festival, University of Colorado Graduation, University of Colorado Parents Weekend, and private VIP and corporate stays.
The General Manager is the single point of accountability for end-to-end operations across the VelareLX portfolio. This role owns quality, readiness, people, processes, vendors, and outcomes, ensuring every home is prepared flawlessly, every guest experience is handled with discretion and professionalism, and every homeowner relationship is protected through consistent standards and disciplined execution.
This is a senior, high-judgment role for an operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments and can lead a small team and a large distributed bench of contractors with precision, clarity, and authority.
The General Manager reports directly to the Founding Members/ Board of Directors and is empowered to run day-to-day operations with autonomy and accountability.
