Overview

An urban Savannah resort is in search of a dynamic Senior Sales Manager with remarkable drive and enthusiasm who is a natural at relationship building. This individual will represent the resort in the development of market segments and new customer relationships while nurturing existing relationships to consistently strive to meet or exceed all revenue goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop existing business and solicit new business for the resort.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve room revenue and food and beverage goals for group sales.
  • Meet or exceed set solicitation and sales goals.
  • Maintain a proactive sales approach, including regular sales calls, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Maintain positive guest, client, and team member relations.
  • Adhere to and uphold brand standards ensuring all client communication and execution represents the brand.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Passionate about hospitality sales and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in group sales, preferably in a luxury environment, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software, such as Delphi, Opera Cloud, or similar systems.
  • Confident, collaborative salesperson with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Excels at verbal and written communication.
  • Flexible and driven to get the job done.
