Mohegan Sun is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and adaptable sales professional to serve as the new Associate Director of Sales.
With two distinct convention centers providing over 275,000 square feet of indoor meeting space and 1,600 guest rooms, Mohegan Sun has the space and operational resources for our customer’s events to be productive, exciting, and easily adaptable to the organization’s objectives. The Associate Director of Sales has a set of responsibilities that involve soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts within the assigned market segments and/or geographic territory. This is done to drive group room nights for positive revenue impact. The Associate Director also builds relationships by providing specialized, personalized, and preferential service that delivers memorable experiences. Additionally, they oversee the in-market Business Development role and strive to meet and exceed personal revenue targets.
