The CEO will lead M-Plus into its next chapter of growth, building on a strong portfolio of brands, deep industry expertise, and a highly service-oriented culture. The CEO will establish a compelling enterprise vision, align the organization around shared priorities, and create greater connectivity across the portfolio, while preserving the entrepreneurial strengths that have driven its success.
The mandate includes accelerating organic growth, identifying strategic acquisition opportunities, strengthening operational and technology infrastructure, and positioning M-Plus for continued scale and market leadership.
