Recently refreshed with a multimillion-dollar renovation, this European-inspired all-suite property offers an exceptional canvas for discerning clientele hosting weddings, galas, and bespoke events.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role overseeing catering sales strategy, execution, and operations. The ideal candidate will bring both creativity and operational know-how to drive revenue, enhance guest experiences, and support the continued growth of the hotel’s luxury positioning. The role reports directly to the Director of Sales and works closely with property leadership, ownership, and culinary teams.
Key Highlights:
- Focus on luxury weddings and social/corporate events
- Full-time, on-property position; leadership values presence and proactive engagement
- Minimum of 5+ years of catering/event sales experience in a luxury or boutique hotel setting
- Polished communicator with strong presence; experienced in working directly with UHNW clients
