The Director of Sales and Marketing plays a critical role in the success of our hotel by leading and coordinating the sales and marketing efforts. This position is responsible for maximizing revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives, building strong customer relationships, and overseeing the hotel’s brand image and positioning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop sales strategies.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans that align with the hotel’s objectives to maximize revenue.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop tactics to capture a larger share of the market.
  • Set sales targets and goals for the sales team and ensure they are achieved.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance valuations to the sales team.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and accountability among the sales staff.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and third-party vendors.

  • Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare annual sales and marketing budgets and monitor expenditures.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and guest satisfactions scores.
